I'm trying to find Zevit capsules that my doctor recommended, but they're nowhere to be found online or in local pharmacies. Do you have any idea what I could use as a substitute for this medicine?

View allI've been dealing with a sore throat and this strange sensation between my chest. It was really intense when it first showed up, but then the next day, I felt completely fine. Now that sore throat is back, and my chest feels tight again. Any idea what might be going on or what I should do about it?

I'm thinking about starting zincovit syrup since I've heard it might help with my weight gain and improve my overall health from the inside. Is it safe to take without a doctor's prescription? Can you share if it could actually help with fitness and if there are any risks involved with taking it on my own?
Zincovit syrup is a multivitamin and multimineral supplement that can help improve overall health and well-being. However, it is important to note that zincovit syrup is not specifically designed for weight gain. If you are looking to gain weight, it is recommended to focus on a balanced diet that includes a variety of nutrient-dense foods. If you are still interested in taking a supplement to support your overall health, you can consider taking zincovit syrup as per the recommended dosage on the packaging.

A cat tried to bite me, and while I managed to pull my hand away, there was still a bit of contact with its teeth. There was hardly any pressure, so I didnt get a cut or even a scratch. I washed my hand and put spirit on it. Is that all I need to do, or is there anything else I should be concerned about?
