I'm dealing with a needle-like pinch and hot sensations on the edges of my scrotum, and it's been really concerning. Plus, when I sit on a bike or even a chair, my right thigh and lower abdomen get painful. I've had a sonography done, and there's no hernia, which is a relief, but still confusing.
