I'm dealing with OSMF III from chewing tobacco for about 5 years, and now I have patches and bands inside my cheeks. My mouth is burning the entire time, and there's a lot of saliva, but inside it's feeling dry. Lately, I've been getting these lower lip ulcers that are growing really fast and becoming big, round, and kind of see-through. Even the upper lip has started ulcerating, becoming pointed and flat, and they're really painful. I'm worried these might turn into something serious, maybe even malignant. Could you suggest any medicine that can completely heal these ulcers? It's been around 15 days since the upper lip started having this issue.

I've been dealing with this ulcer on my tongue and the side of my tongue for a really long time now, and its becoming a constant issue. It's kind of worrying me because it never seems to go away. What could be causing this, and should I be doing something different to get rid of it?

You need to get this checked..there might be a tooth with a sharp margin constantly coming on contact with the side of you tongue causing the ulcers..please do meet a dentist and an ENT specialist asap.

I've been smoking for about five years and usually go through 56 cigarettes each day. Lately, I've noticed these white lines inside my cheek that have been there for around a year. They're slightly thick, sometimes shrink, and taste bitter when I touch them with my tongue. There's no pain, but I often find my food tasteless. Should I be worried that this might be something serious, or could it just be some kind of fungus?

That could be leukoplakia or malakoplkia visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate treatment

I've noticed that I have this soft lump inside my cheek, but it doesn't hurt. I'm a bit concerned and wondering if it's something I should be worried about. Could it be serious or just something harmless?

Could be a benign condition such as a mucocele or a fibroma. These are usually harmless but it is recommended to have it evaluated by a healthcare professional for proper diagnosis. You can use over-the-counter pain relief medications like acetaminophen for any discomfort.
