I'm dealing with p rosea and it's been almost a year now. I'm really anxious about how much longer this might last before it clears up for good. Any insights?

I'm dealing with this fungal infection for around 6 months now. I tried using dermiford k5 cream, but it only seems to help for a little while before the infection comes back. Im really concerned and a bit frustrated. What do you think I should do next?
Scalpe pro antidandruff shampoo is advised for 3-6 weeks for better results for local application.
