I'm dealing with a painful pimple on top of my nipple, and I'm really worried about it. Could you please let me know what kind of medicine or treatment I should consider? Is this something that might be serious?

I'm a 27-year-old guy and I'm having trouble growing a beard on my cheeks. I do have some beard growth below my chin and my moustache looks normal, but my cheeks just won't fill in.
