I'm dealing with some itchy and flaky skin, and I'm really worried it might spread further. Could it be something serious? Also, I'm not diabetic, and though I have high blood pressure, it's well-managed. Any advice on what this might be or how to treat it?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a skin condition like eczema or seborrheic dermatitis, which can cause itching and flakiness. Since you have high blood pressure, it's important to use gentle, non-irritating treatments. If it worsens or spreads, I'd recommend seeing a dermatologist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

I've got these red circles on both sides of my bikini line and they're kind of dry in the middle with raised edges. Sometimes they're dry and other times there's a bit of water. They itch occasionally and then go quiet. I'm wondering if I should use ringguard on them or if there's another ointment you would recommend?
use ring guard
