I'm dealing with PCOD and just found out I'm pregnant, which is super exciting but also a bit nerve-wracking. My doctor mentioned I might need to take Ecosprin since it's really early in the pregnancy. It's my first month, and I'm kind of anxious about what I should dolike, is it really safe to start Ecosprin now? Would it affect the pregnancy in any way?

View allI've been having trouble enjoying sex and reaching orgasm. It's becoming a bit frustrating. What can I do to make things more exciting and actually have a good orgasm with my partner?
Its important to communicate openly with your partner about your needs and desires. Exploring different forms of intimacy, such as foreplay or trying new positions, can help increase pleasure. If this persists, consulting a healthcare provider or therapist could be helpful to address any underlying factors.

Left ovarian cyst size is 6556mm according to my ultrasound report. I'm 28 and already have two kids with no plans for more in the future. Can this be treated with medicine or will I need surgery? I'm really worried about what to expect.
Cyst is large enough to cause symptoms like abdomen pain ,bloating sensation, torsion or rupture.Large cysts more than 10 cms requires surgery,a gynaecologist opinion is advised for further management of the cyst.

I've been having some discomfort in my vagina, especially when I'm sitting or walking after having protected sex for the first time. It feels sore, especially around the vestibule, and it sometimes hurts when I pee. I noticed two tiny white spots near the sides of my clit, which feels really sensitive and sore too. I've been taking medication for a urine infection, but my vagina and clit still feel uncomfortable, especially when I'm wearing underwear or tight clothes like jeans. Occasionally, I also feel air bubbles. Is this something I should be worried about? What might be causing these symptoms?
use cotton clothes.
