I'm dealing with this phimosis situation, and Im not sure what the best ways to address it are. Things feel pretty tight down there, and I'm a bit concerned about it.

Phimosis can be managed with various treatments; possible solutions include topical steroid creams or ointments to reduce inflammation and loosen the foreskin, manual stretching exercises under medical guidance, preputioplasty (a surgical procedure to widen the foreskin), or circumcision (a surgical procedure to remove the foreskin); consult a urologist or a dermatologist for personalized advice and treatment.

View allI'm really worried about something that's been happening the last few weeks. Whenever I get an erection, everything seems fine at first, but when the foreskin pulls back, it gets painful cracks, and I've even noticed some bleeding. The area feels really dry and uncomfortable. We've tried not having sex for a bit, hoping it would heal, which it does, but then the cracks come back again when I pull the skin back during sex. I used some lubricant and coconut oil, which help a little bit, but the problem is still there. I've been married for a year now and never had this issue before. Any advice on what might be causing this and how I can fix it?

Can homeopathy really treat a grade 3 varicocele without surgery? How long does it usually take to see full recovery, and is it a permanent fix or just temporary relief? I'm worried about whether this will actually work long-term.
Homeopathy may help with symptoms, but evidence for treating grade 3 varicocele is limited. Surgery is usually more effective for long-term results.

I have multiple kidney stones with mild hydronephrosis my KUB sonography shows a 15mm right PUJ calculus causing mild hydronephrosis and a few small left renal calyceal stones plus a 9mm distal ureteric calculus causing mild proximal hydroureteronephrosis My urologist recommended laser lithotripsy with stent placement but I'm wondering if homeopathy or ayurveda can help avoid surgery The doctor said it needs urgent removal due to the hydronephrosis but how long can I delay it Is a 15mm PUJ stone too big for homeopathic treatment
Surgery recommended methods are shock wave lithotripsy, ureteroscopy, percutaneous nephrolitomy etc depending on the stone size. Here ureteroscopy is advised.
