I'm dealing with phimosis where my foreskin won't retract. From what I've read, surgery seems like the only solution, but I'm wondering if homeopathy could help avoid that. Is phimosis actually a serious issue? I had no idea this was something men could even experience until now.

While some varicoceles don't require treatment, if it's significantly affecting sperm quality or production, surgery might be considered. Medications may help manage pain or discomfort, but they won't address the underlying cause of the varicocele

I've been diagnosed with varicocele in my left testicle and really want to avoid surgery. Are there any medicines or natural treatments that can help cure it? What options do I have to get back to normal without going under the knife?

there's no guaranteed cure for varicocele without surgery, several non-surgical treatments and lifestyle changes can help manage symptoms and improve your condition. These include scrotal support, ice packs, and pain medication. In some cases, embolization (a minimally invasive procedure) may be an option instead of surgery
