I've got a 5.6mm stone in my right kidney and it's causing a lot of pain. It's really uncomfortable and on top of that, I'm dealing with gastric problems. What should I do? Could you recommend some good doctors for consultation? I'm worried about how to manage the pain and these digestive issues. What possible treatments are there?

View allIs there a way to treat varicocele without surgery? I've been having pain in my scrotum and already got a scan done but I'm worried about surgical options
Yes, there are non-surgical ways to treat varicoceles, especially if the condition is not causing significant pain or fertility issues. Varicocele embolization, a minimally invasive procedure, is a common alternative to surgery. Lifestyle changes, pain management, and monitoring can also be effective options.

I'm 27 and have mullerian duct syndrome with bilateral ovo testis, a small uterus, no vagina or cervix, but full male genitalia and 46XY chromosomes. Is it possible to surgically bring the testes down into the scrotum? Also, can the uterus be removed without losing my testes or testosterone production?
sx is advised,fistulectomy.

My dad is scheduled for laser surgery to treat his urinary bladder stone and prostate issue, but the surgeon mentioned he won't operate on the left kidney stone because it's small around 5.5mm. The report also mentioned a cortical cyst, which the surgeon says isn't a stone, but we thought it was a 15mm stone. Can you clarify what this cortical cyst is and what we should do about it?
He just needs prostrate surgery and bladder stone removal. As his left kidney stone is very small and doesn't require surgical intervention. Nothing to worry about cortical cyst.
