I've noticed that the glans on my penis looks kind of wrinkled, even when it's erect, and there's also a small bump near the opening on the glans. There's no pain, but it's kinda worrying me because I'm not sure what's going on. Can you help me figure out what this might be?

View allI've been diagnosed with 5mm kidney stones on both sides and I'm really looking to treat this without having to take tablets. Are there any alternative treatments or methods available for this situation?
Most stones that cause renal colic are small and pass out with the urine in a day or so. You should drink plenty of fluids to encourage a good flow of urine. Strong painkillers are often needed to ease the painuntil you pass the stone. No other treatment is usually needed.

my foreskin won't pull back without a lot of pain is there any cream or medicine that can help instead of needing surgery
Topical steroid creams may help retract the foreskin; if ineffective, circumcision remains a definitive treatment.

I've been having some issues during sex where I end up ejaculating really quickly, which leaves me and my partner feeling pretty disappointed. I also noticed that my penis seems to lose its size pretty fast during sex. I'm really looking for some advice on how to handle these problems. Any tips on what I can do?
-It sounds like you're experiencing premature ejaculation and possibly reduced erection firmness during sex, which can be frustrating. Solutions include trying relaxation techniques, practicing mindfulness, using desensitizing products, or seeking guidanc
