I'm dealing with pimples and acne, and I came across Hamdard Safi. Is it effective for treating them, and is it safe to take? I'm a bit concerned and curious about how it works. Can you provide some insight or advice?

I've been dealing with some intense itching on my inner thighs, and the skin there is really dark. My thighs do rub against each other, which probably doesn't help. I'm also noticing that the area stays quite moist. I'm curious about how I might be able to lighten the skin and stop the itching. Any advice?

I've got this really itchy, black, and flaky skin on my inner thighs. It gets super itchy and smelly, especially if I sit on a fiber chair for a long time. There's this weird smelly, sticky substance that starts coming out, and it's definitely not sweat. Things get worse if I skip a shower. I've tried all sorts of treatments for eczema, but nothing seems to work. My crotch is always really warm, but instead of sweating, there's this strange stuff. It's getting in the way of my social life because, even if the substance isn't there, the itch leaves a bad smell. What could this be, and how can I fix it?
It sounds like you may be dealing with a fungal infection in the groin area, also known as jock itch. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Lotrimin Ultra or Lamisil AT. Apply the cream to the affected area twice a day for at least 2 weeks. Keep the area clean and dry, and avoid wearing tight clothing. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please follow up with a healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
