I'm dealing with a pretty uncomfortable situation here. I got bitten by a 2 cm bed bug on my penis, and now, a day later, its swollen and theres some watery discharge from the swollen parts. What should I do to treat this and prevent any further issues?

View allI'm 24 and dealing with really tight foreskin due to phimosis. I'm really scared of surgery and want to know if there are any other ways to treat it without going under the knife. Can you suggest any non-surgical options that might help?
Steroid creams for phimosis This makes it easier to retract the foreskin without experiencing severe pain or discomfort. Just apply the cream or ointment in the area around the head of the penis twice or thrice a day. After using the ointment for about 2 weeks, gradually and gently try to retract the foreskin.

Can we use Viagra tablets, and do we need a prescription for it? If so, when's the best time to take it? Also, do you think it's a good idea to use it for improving our sex life?

I've been having to urinate really frequently, and it's getting frustrating. I did a KUB ultrasound, and it showed that my prostate isn't enlarged, but my urine flow is still really poor. I'm currently taking velfu and macpee, but they don't seem to be helping with the flow. What kind of treatment would you suggest for this? I'm only 32, so I'm a bit worried about what's going on.
