I'm dealing with this really annoying itchiness on my skin and there's these small boils and every time I scratch, my skin turns black. It's so frustrating because the urge to scratch is constant. Can you recommend an ointment or something that might help?

View allI'm noticing these small white bumps around my anus, and they kinda look like pimples or lumps. They started small and were really itchy, but now some have gotten bigger and there's more of them near the anal area. The itching has stopped though. I tried taking some medicines for 15 dayslike Ascazin capsules, cosmetic clear gel with clindamycin, zitcare s 1 gel, and even used dermadew bact soapbut there's been no improvement. What could this be, and what should I do next?
Anovate cream for local application at bedtime for 7 days, tab.ciplox tz twice daily orally for 7 days and tab levocetrizine 10 mg at bedtime is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with this itching problem for almost 25 days now, mostly in the lower part of my body. It started on my thighs and around the genital area. I used Fourderm cream, and the itching in the genital area got better, but my thighs are still really itchy. Now, it's even affecting the area below my knees, with the intensity changing day by day. Some days it seems to get better, and then it comes back. I've also noticed small red spots on my thighs but not below the knees. I'm really worried about what could be causing this and what I should do next. Can you help?
