I'm dealing with a really bad cold right now and it's causing a lot of mucus buildup. This is making me feel really nauseous, and sometimes I even vomit but only water comes up. I feel like I constantly need to sneeze and clear out my nose. Do you have any advice on how to handle this?

View allI'm wondering about this pain I've been having for the past 34 days. It's like this stabbing or sometimes dull ache when I take a deep breath, especially on the upper left side of my back. It also comes on when I twist my back to the left or right. Plus, I've been feeling a bit more tired and lethargic than usual. Do you have any idea what's going on with me?

I'm really worried because I've been getting a high fever and shivering every 12 hours. Every time I take paracetamol, the fever and shivering go away for a while, but then it just comes back. I recently took a COVID test and it was negative. Why do I keep getting this intermittent fever? After taking paracetamol, I always end up sweating, and then the fever goes down. What could be causing this?
