I'm worried because it feels like my deep breaths aren't fully satisfying, even though my normal breaths seem okay. After 7 to 8 regular breaths, I feel like I need a deeper breath but it's incomplete. Plus, I'm feeling kind of weak, maybe even feverish, but I don't actually have a fever. I'm a bit concerned about my recent chest X-ray results. It's been 3 months since I had COVID, and the scans are showing nodular opacity in both my left and right lung. I'm really anxious about what this might mean. Is it something to worry about? I've been dealing with post-COVID anxiety and experiencing shortness of breath. Would love some insight on this.

Sputum for AFB,microscopy ,complete blood count,esr,C-reactive protein,and x-ray chest is advised to the patient.Tab augmentin duo 625mg ,orally ,thrice daily for 5 days advised to the patient.Also syrup salbutamol 10ml thrice daily for 7 days is advised to the patient
