I'm dealing with a really heavy feeling in my chest because of excess gas. It's happening every day no matter what I do, and whatever I eat seems to only make it worse. Most of the time, I feel like there's a lot of gas trapped near my chest area, and it's super uncomfortable. What can I do about this?

You may be experiencing symptoms of excessive gas and bloating. To help relieve these symptoms, you can try taking Simethicone (Gas-X) 125mg tablets. You can take 1-2 tablets after meals and at bedtime as needed to help break up the gas bubbles in your digestive tract. Additionally, you can try avoiding foods that commonly cause gas such as beans, broccoli, cabbage, and carbonated drinks. Drinking peppermint tea or taking a probiotic supplement like Align can also help improve digestion and reduce gas. If your symptoms persist, it's best to consult with a gastroenterologist for further evaluation and management.

I'm feeling really tired and weak after I have a bowel movement, like my whole body is worn out and my knees hurt. It usually gets better once I eat something. Should I be worried about this, or is there something I'm missing in my diet or routine?

Your symptoms of weakness, hunger, fatigue, and knee joint pain after bowel movements could be related to various factors, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastrointestinal infection, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), or nutrient deficiencies; consider consulting a gastroenterologist for a thorough evaluation, and in the meantime, try to maintain a food diary to track your symptoms, eat smaller, frequent meals, and stay hydrated to help manage your symptom

I'm concerned about whether ciprofloxacin is a reliable choice for treating intestinal infections. I've heard that it might have more side effects compared to other antibiotics. Is that true? How safe is ciprofloxacin to use?

I'm really worried about my ALTSGPT level, which is at 65 UL, and my creatinine is 0.64 mgdL, with chloride at 100 mEqL. Are there any complications I should be aware of with these levels? Should I be thinking about getting more tests done, or maybe making some changes to my diet? Any advice would be really appreciated.

don't worry it's not more than excess
