I'm dealing with a really intense burning feeling between my upper thigh and groin area. There's no rash or redness, but I've already tried using clotrimazole powder and washed the area with Savlon, and it's not helping at all. This happened a few weeks ago too but went away after I applied the powder. Now it feels way more severe and there's barely any relief. What could be causing this, and what should I do about it?

I'm experiencing some itchy spots developing on my scrotum that aren't really painful, but they're releasing this non-smelly, kinda sticky fluid. I'm a bit worried about what this could mean. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
