I'm dealing with really itchy underarms, and it's been going on for almost a year now. I've been using eumosone cream, but it hasn't helped much. Could you let me know what I should do next?

I've been dealing with these lichen planus spots for a while now. Even after treatment, they seem to come back. I'm really looking for something that's a permanent fix. Could you help me find the best treatment that prevents them from regrowing? I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated with this cycle.

Lichen planus spots can be treated with topical corticosteroids such as Clobetasol cream applied twice daily for several weeks. In more severe cases, oral corticosteroids like Prednisone may be prescribed for a short period. For long-term management and prevention of regrowth, topical immunomodulators like Tacrolimus ointment can be used. Additionally, antihistamines like Loratadine can help with itching. It is important to follow up with your doctor regularly to monitor the condition and adjust treatment as needed.

I'm a bit worried about a sebaceous cyst I had on my right arm a while back. I squeezed it a couple of times and now it's turned into this black hole, like there's a hole there and it's just black inside. The lump is gone and there's no swelling, but this black hole has been there for months and hasn't closed up. I'm attaching some pictures for reference. Is this something serious or should I be concerned about it?

That should not be squeezed, the cyst will be remained, that needs to be ecised completely, visit surgeon for appropriate management
