I've been using Betnovate N for about 7-8 years, but whenever I stop, I get these rashes, redness, and itching on my face. I've seen a skin specialist who first gave me Momisoft cream and Uvrid NF sunscreen, along with some tablets for 10 days. That seemed to help, then he switched me to Lutica and the same sunscreen for another 15 days, and it was working well. When I was in Rajasthan, he gave me Desolim cream and the sunscreen, and my skin was fine there. But now I've moved to Guwahati where it's more humid, and the rashes and redness are back. I saw a specialist here and he prescribed Eumosone and other tablets like CFM 500mg, Candimore, Mantrayx, and Lpredace 8mg, but they don't seem to be helping either. The itching and redness are still there, and I'm really desperate to fix this. What should I do to finally get rid of these skin issues?

I'm really worried about my skin and would love some advice on how to improve it naturally. I'm trying to avoid cosmetics but I have some dark spots I'd really like to clear up and I really want my skin to have that natural glow. What are some things I could be doing or avoiding to help with this?

To get good skin and a glowing face without using cosmetics, you can start by maintaining a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Drinking plenty of water helps to keep your skin hydrated and flush out toxins. Regular exercise also improves blood circulation, which can give your skin a healthy glow. Protect your skin from the sun by using sunscreen daily and wearing protective clothing. To remove dark spots, you can try using products containing ingredients like hydroquinone, retinoids, or vitamin C. These can help lighten dark spots and even out your skin tone. Additionally, incorporating a skincare routine with products like a gentle cleanser, moisturizer, and exfoliant can help improve the overall appearance of your skin.

I'm dealing with a fungus issue near my vaginal area that's been going on for about three months now. I've been taking medication as prescribed by my doctor, but the problem starts all over again and spreads if I stop taking them. I'm really concerned and not sure what to do next. Any advice?

Indicates a recurring fungal infection. To treat this effectively, I recommend using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole (brand name Lotrimin) twice daily for at least 2 weeks. Additionally, an oral antifungal medication like Fluconazole (brand name Diflucan) may be prescribed by your doctor for systemic treatment. It is important to maintain good hygiene, wear loose cotton underwear, and avoid tight clothing to prevent further spread of the infection.

Recently had hand surgery and there's still a mark left from it. I've been using hexilak gel for about two months now but it doesn't seem to be fading. Is this normal or should I try something else?

It’s normal to have some scarring after hand surgery. If the scar isn’t fading, you might want to try silicone gel sheets or corticosteroid injections. Consult with your surgeon for other scar treatment options if necessary.
