My wife has a neck TB scar just above her collarbone on the left side, and it's really affecting her emotionally. She's feeling pretty down about how it looks. Would a scar removal cream like Mederma or No Marks work, or should we consider laser treatment or plastic surgery? I've attached a photo of the scar for reference. What would be the best option for her?

This scar would respond best to surgery. Mederman or nomarks will not help at all

I've been dealing with something that's really bugging me. After I drink alcohol, the next morning, my foot gets super itchy, and it's honestly unbearable. On top of that, I've noticed my face seems to swell up. What could be causing this?
A random blood sugar is advised to the patient.Physician opinion is also advised for further management.

I'm a bit concerned because I've been using this AQUASOFT moisturizing cream from Ajanta Pharma for about 2 years now. I've been thinking, are there any side effects I should be aware of from using it for this long? Can you help me understand if there's anything I should look out for?
Aquasoft cream by Ajanta Pharma is generally considered safe, but long-term use can lead to potential side effects like skin irritation, allergic reactions, or dependence on the moisturizer, so it's recommended to consult a dermatologist for personalized advice and to reassess your skin's needs.
