I'm dealing with ringworm between my thighs, and it's gotten worse with lots of scratching that's causing bruises near my private parts. I've never used ketob before is it okay for me to try it?

Keto-B cream can be used to treat ringworm infections. You can apply Keto-B cream twice a day on the affected area after cleaning and drying it. Make sure to wash your hands before and after applying the cream. If the symptoms persist or worsen, please consult a doctor for further evaluation and management.

I've been having this really annoying itching on my upper thighs and buttocks for the past four months. It gets so bad every day that it's causing rashes, and there seems to be a different layer forming on my skin. What could be causing this, and what can I do to treat it? I'm really looking for some advice to relieve this discomfort.

Probable diagnosis is fungal infection. Candid cream for local application is advised for 2 weeks, along with tab levocetrizine 10 mg orally, daily for 5 days is advised to the patient.

I've been dealing with acne vulgaris on both my cheeks for a few months now, and after following my dermatologist's advice, the acne's finally under control. But now I'm left with these scars on my cheeks. Could you suggest a treatment or maybe some options to help get rid of these scars?

To help reduce the appearance of acne scars on your cheeks, you can try using a topical cream containing Tretinoin. Apply a thin layer of Tretinoin cream 0.025% to the affected areas once daily in the evening. Additionally, you can also consider using a Vitamin C serum to help brighten and even out your skin tone. Apply a few drops of Vitamin C serum in the morning before applying sunscreen. For more severe acne scars, you may benefit from treatments such as chemical peels or microdermabrasion. These procedures can be done by a dermatologist to help improve the texture of your skin and reduce the appearance of scars. Remember to always wear sunscreen during the day to protect your skin from further damage and to prevent the scars from worsening.

I'm really concerned because I've had very dry lips and the surrounding skin is red and flaky for about four months now. I've tried using ghee, milk cream, and different lip care products, but nothing seems to work. What could be causing this, and how can I fix it?

you may be experiencing severe dryness and inflammation of the lips. I recommend trying a medicated lip balm containing ingredients such as hydrocortisone and ceramides to help soothe the redness and dryness. You can also apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly or a lip balm with SPF throughout the day to keep your lips hydrated. Additionally, drink plenty of water to stay hydrated from the inside out. If the symptoms persist, you may need to consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment.
