I'm starting to notice these red spots on my neck, shoulders, chest, and even a few on my stomach. They're really itchy and seem to get worse when I'm out in the sun. The skin around these spots is also feeling rough and dry. They're spreading all over and I'm getting worried. What could this be?

View allI've been dealing with this relentless itchiness on my thighs whenever I get into bed at night, and it just won't stop until I somehow fall asleep. There's a rash on one of my thighs, and I'm convinced it's not a bite, since I haven't been bitten elsewhere. It's been going on for a couple of weeks. What could this be? Should I be worried?
That could be Fungal infection, maintain personal hygiene and visit Dermatologist for evaluation and appropriate treatment.

I'm a bit worried because I've suddenly started experiencing hair fall and noticed there's a white bulb at the end of the hair strands. Is this something I should be concerned about?
Hair fall with a white bulb at the end can be a sign of telogen effluvium, which is often triggered by stress, illness, or hormonal changes. To help with hair fall, you can try using Minoxidil solution 5% once daily on the scalp. Additionally, taking Biotin tablets 10,000 mcg daily can also support hair growth. Make sure to eat a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals, and avoid excessive heat styling or harsh hair treatments.

I'm dealing with some pretty stubborn fungal infections and was wondering if using Safi could actually help with that. I've heard mixed things, and now I'm a bit unsure. Can you tell me how effective it is for fungal infections?
