I'm starting to notice these red spots on my neck, shoulders, chest, and even a few on my stomach. They're really itchy and seem to get worse when I'm out in the sun. The skin around these spots is also feeling rough and dry. They're spreading all over and I'm getting worried. What could this be?

I've noticed my skin tone is a bit uneven and there's a tan on my face. My dermatologist recommended I start using Demelan cream. Before this, I was using Tretinoin 0.04. Is it alright to switch between Tretinoin and Demelan cream every other night?
