I'm dealing with rough, dry skin and an uneven skin tone, and I'm wondering if using vitamin E capsules and rosewater on my face would help. Is it safe to apply vitamin E directly on my face, and are there any side effects I should be aware of?

I'm really worried about my mom. She had submucous fibrosis a few years back and got it treated, but now it seems to be happening again with her skin. Do you think homeopathy could help with this condition? How long might it take for the treatment to be effective this time? It's just so frustrating that this problem keeps coming back.

Oral submucous fibrosis is a chronic condition and usually there is no permanent cure for this condition. Treatment is aimed at improving mouth opening and identifying causes and avoiding them so that it does not worsen. She needs to be evaluated by oral surgeon for further treatment

I'm an MBBS doctor dealing with acne vulgaris grade 2, and after trying minoz 40mg for 10 days with topical adaplene gel, I still haven't seen any improvement. I'm wondering what I should try next. Do you think Tretinoin would be necessary, and what would the dose be? I've noticed it gets worse pre-menstrually. Any advice?

For acne vulgaris get a complete course of antibiotic and yes isotretinoin would help you ,visit dermatologist for appropriate management

I've been dealing with hair loss for the past year and initially had some success with minoxidil 5 foam and dutasteride dutamax. But after three months, I switched to minoxidil 5 liquid and duprost dutasteride, and now my hair's shedding like crazy again. Could this be because I changed my meds? What can I do to stop my hair from falling out? I've stopped using the liquid minoxidilis it better to go back to the foam and the original dutasteride?

It seems like the change in your medication from minoxidil 5% foam and dutasteride dutamax to minoxidil 5% liquid and duprost dutasteride may have contributed to the increased hair shedding. I recommend switching back to minoxidil 5% foam and dutasteride dutamax as they were working well for you before
