I'm dealing with scalp psoriasis and it's really bothering me. I saw a doctor who told me to use Betasalic and Zoletar, but honestly, it just feels like it's getting worse. I'm seeing more patches showing up. Do you have any other suggestions or treatments that might work better for psoriasis?

View allI've noticed some pimples or bumps on my penis for the past month. They're not painful, but I'm really worried about what might be causing them. Is this something serious, or should I be doing something to treat it?
Without a physical examination, it is difficult to provide a definitive diagnosis. However, if these bumps are due to a non-infectious cause such as Fordyce spots or pearly penile papules, no treatment may be necessary. If they are due to a skin condition or infection, topical antibiotics like Bacitracin or Neosporin may be recommended. It is important to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation.

I'm dealing with acne and was wondering if taking azithral 500mg would help clear it up. Is this a good idea or should I consider something else?
I don't recommend using Azithral 500mg tablet for acne treatment. Instead, you can try using topical treatments like benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. For severe cases, you may consider consulting a dermatologist who can prescribe oral medications like isotretinoin.

I'm really worried about my hair. I've noticed Ive lost about 50% of it, and the area where I part my hair is looking much wider now. Could this be telogen effluvium, and if it is, what can I do to encourage hair regrowth and stop it from thinning further?
See a specialist for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment.
