I'm dealing with scrotal eczema and the cream my doctor prescribed is only available at his clinic; it's really pricey and rarely found at local pharmacies. Could you recommend an alternative that I might find more easily and affordably?

I'm really concerned about my hair fall since it has become so dry. I've tried oil baths and a bunch of homemade remedies, but nothing seems to work. Could this be due to climate change, and do you have any suggestions on what else I might do to improve the condition of my hair?
