I'm dealing with a skin fungal infection, and it's been really itchy lately, especially at night. I was thinking about using Cloben G cream, but I'm not sure if it's the right choice or if it's a steroid. Could you recommend a good topical antifungal cream? I could really use your advice because it's getting tough to sleep with all the itching.

Clotrimazole is an antifungal medication, while Beclomethasone is a corticosteroid. It is not recommended to use steroid-containing creams for fungal infections without a doctor's prescription, as they can sometimes worsen the infection or cause other side effects. For fungal infections on the skin and private parts, I recommend using Terbinafine cream. You can apply Terbinafine cream twice a day on the affected areas. It is a potent antifungal medication that can help relieve itching and treat the fungal infection effectively. Remember to keep the affected areas clean and dry, and avoid tight clothing to promote healing.

View allI have two moles on my face that I want to remove because they're changing in size and don't look good. They also keep getting scratched when I shave. Can you suggest a hospital or doctor I can consult? Is there any way to remove them without surgery, and if not, what's the cost of surgery? How many days will it take to heal, and is there a chance they'll grow back?
Yes, Sx is better option but still for final please consult surgeon for full P/E.

I'm dealing with vitiligo and my doctor suggested using Melback lotion, but I can't find it anywhere. I did come across Melgain at the drugstore though. Can I use Melgain as a substitute? What's the difference between Melback and Melgain, and how exactly does Melgain work? Would appreciate any advice on how to use it properly.

I've been experiencing some mild itching inside my penis for the past 4 days. I'm really curious about what could be causing this and would love to know if there's any remedy I could try.
Itching inside the penis can be caused by various factors such as fungal infections, contact dermatitis, or sexually transmitted infections. To help relieve the itching, you can try using an antifungal cream like Clotrimazole 1% cream. Apply a thin layer of the cream to the affected area twice a day for about 1-2 weeks. It is important to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further irritation. If the itching persists or worsens, it is recommended to see a doctor for further evaluation and treatment.
