I'm dealing with this skin issue called tinea corporis. Do you think taking deflazacort would be a good idea? Is it safe to use for this condition?

Tinea corporis, a fungal infection, can be challenging to manage.
Deflazacort: A Steroid Medication
Deflazacort is a corticosteroid medication used to treat various skin conditions, including eczema, dermatitis, and allergic reactions. However, it's essential to exercise caution when using steroid medications, especially for fungal infections like tinea corporis. In general, it's recommended to avoid using steroid medications like deflazacort for fungal infections like tinea corporis, as they can suppress the immune system and worsen the infection. Instead, focus on using antifungal medications and practicing good hygiene to manage the infection.

View allI've always thought I had good hair, but over time, I've noticed it's not as dense as it used to be. I've constantly struggled with dandruff too. In Bangalore, the water is quite hard, and we usually use borewell or tank water for bathing. I'm wondering if washing my hair with KENT purifier water, which has a TDS level of 80, could have any negative effects. Could this be a better option for my hair problems?
You can purchase and use water softeners on a bucket of water before taking bath.

I've been using betnovate n cream for the past 6 years, but I stopped about 15 days ago. Now my face is really red and itchy, with dry skin and tiny blisters. I've tried using Cetaphil lotion and cleanser, which helped with the redness and dryness, but the blisters and itchiness won't go away. Can you please help me figure out what to do?

I've been dealing with a bindi allergy for the last 5 years and I've tried so many ointments but nothing seems to work. Any ideas on what else I can do or try? It's been really frustrating, so I'm hoping for some advice.
