I'm dealing with a small til on my face, and I'm wondering if there's a way to get rid of it at home. Any suggestions on the best method to try?

View allI'm really worried and could use some guidance. I've been using melas cream for the past couple of months, but instead of improving, I noticed a lot of dark spots spreading across my face. It's becoming quite concerning for me. Could you please advise on what steps I should take to tackle this issue and hopefully clear up my skin?

I've been using Betnovate cream for about three years to help with pimples and ended up liking the way it lightened my skin tone. But every time I try to stop, by the second day my face gets itchy, breaks out, and the skin tone starts looking dull. I saw some advice online about gradually reducing how much and how often I use the cream, but I'm worried. What's the best way to safely stop using it? Is there anything else I can do to control the pimples and get my skin tone back to normal without itching?
It is important to gradually taper off the use of Betnovate cream to minimize withdrawal effects. You can start by reducing the frequency of application. For example, if you were using it twice a day, you can switch to once a day for a week, then every other day for another week, and so on. Additionally, you can consider using a milder steroid cream like hydrocortisone during the tapering process to help with any rebound effects. It is also important to focus on a good skincare routine to help maintain skin health during this transition period. Remember to consult with your healthcare provider for personalized advice and guidance on discontinuing the use of Betnovate cream.

I'm trying to figure out the best time to apply Candid clotrimazole cream for treating Tinea versicolor around my shoulder and chest. Is it better to use it before or after a shower, before sleeping, or maybe early in the morning before sunlight? Also, I've been taking one Fole 150 tablet every week for the past five weeks without using any creams or lotions. Should I keep taking Fole 150 tablets, or is it time to stop now?
Ideally it is applied during bed time ,follow your doctors advice
