I'm dealing with a small til on my face, and I'm wondering if there's a way to get rid of it at home. Any suggestions on the best method to try?

View allI'm struggling with my moustache not growing in the middle, and it's been this way since I started noticing facial hair. My beard also isn't as dense as I'd like. Interestingly, my dad has a really full moustache. Could there be a genetic reason or something else at play here? What can I do to encourage more growth?

I've been using Betnovate cream for about four months, and I've noticed something concerning: hair has started to grow on my face, and I'm getting pimples too. Is this a normal reaction? Should I be worried or stop using the cream?
don't use

I'm really concerned about my wife's skin. Before we got married, she had such clear skin, but just a month after the wedding, she started breaking out with acne. It's gotten so bad that it's really affecting her mood, making her feel depressed. We've already seen a couple of dermatologists, but nothing seems to help. We even went to a gynecologist, and they mentioned it might be due to hormonal imbalance. We're feeling pretty lost right now. Any advice on what we could do next?
The treatment of acne differs according to the grade of involvement. Some people have more oilyness on the face which results in breakouts. After completing treatment for controlling the active breakouts, tablets can be stopped and creams need to be continued to prevent recurrence. Diet and lifestyle modifications are also important. Please don't do any self treatment such as over the counter Steroid creams. Don't burst the pimples with your fingers as it can result in ugly scars. The marks and pores left behind after the pimples heal can also be treated
