I'm dealing with sneezing and a runny nose for the last couple of days, and I think it might be related to drinking new water and eating cold food. What can I do to prevent it?

I'm really looking into sublingual immunotherapy for dealing with chronic allergic rhinitis and allergic asthma. I'm curious about how long the treatment usually lasts and if it's something I can realistically afford. Would you be able to shed some light on this for me?

it is bit expensive , the duration depends on kind of allergy

I'm really struggling with dust allergy; it's been a long-standing problem for both me and my mom. Weve been using medications like montelukast and levocetirizine, which provide temporary relief. However, the symptoms seem to bounce back after a few days, even though were mostly at home and not in particularly dusty places. I'm wondering if boosting my immune system could help overcome this allergy. Are there any other treatment options or strategies we should consider? Would love some guidance on this.

you should just avoid the agent which is causing allergy

I've been dealing with constant colds for about a year now, and I sneeze a lot. Sometimes the sneezing is really harsh and I just can't control it. I've also been coughing occasionally, like once or twice every few days. But what's really got me worried is this itching on my upper back and chest that's popped up in the last month or so. It seems to get worse when I sneeze or cough even though I don't have any rashes. It's just super itchy and uncomfortable. Could you help me figure out what's going on?

you might be having allergy, take tablet: montec lc for 7 days
