I'm really struggling with dust allergy; it's been a long-standing problem for both me and my mom. Weve been using medications like montelukast and levocetirizine, which provide temporary relief. However, the symptoms seem to bounce back after a few days, even though were mostly at home and not in particularly dusty places. I'm wondering if boosting my immune system could help overcome this allergy. Are there any other treatment options or strategies we should consider? Would love some guidance on this.

View allCan you tell me if it's okay to take Allegra M long-term? Every time I stop after a couple of days, I get a runny nose, itchy and watery eyes. It's been really helpful for the past two years, but I'm worried if using it for a long time is safe. What do you think?
Prolonged use of allegra M is not recommended, its better to use topical nasal sprays.

I'm really curious about something. I've been using Glemont F for my severe nasal congestion and allergies, and it's helped a ton. I'm feeling so much better now, but I'm a little worried about whether it's safe to keep taking it for a long time. Can you give me some advice on this?

I'm a bit confused about my IG E test results. It shows an Immunoglobulin E total of 39.11, and I'm not sure if that's within the normal range or if it's considered high. Could you help me understand how to interpret this?
