I've been taking Allegra M every day for the past three years, but recently it feels like my allergies are just as bad, with a runny nose and watery eyes, and I'm constantly sneezing. It gets really bad sometimes. I also use Aerocart rotacaps occasionally when at night it feels like I can't breathe properly. Why is this happening, and what should I do about it?

View allI'm really struggling with dust allergy; it's been a long-standing problem for both me and my mom. Weve been using medications like montelukast and levocetirizine, which provide temporary relief. However, the symptoms seem to bounce back after a few days, even though were mostly at home and not in particularly dusty places. I'm wondering if boosting my immune system could help overcome this allergy. Are there any other treatment options or strategies we should consider? Would love some guidance on this.
you should just avoid the agent which is causing allergy

I've started experiencing this weird thing where I sneeze constantly for about a minute right after I finish drying my face post-shower. It's kind of strange because it never happens while I'm actually taking the shower, only once I'm dried off. Should I be concerned about this, or is there some kind of allergy or reaction that could be causing it?

Can you tell me if it's okay to take Allegra M long-term? Every time I stop after a couple of days, I get a runny nose, itchy and watery eyes. It's been really helpful for the past two years, but I'm worried if using it for a long time is safe. What do you think?
Prolonged use of allegra M is not recommended, its better to use topical nasal sprays.
