I'm dealing with some dizziness and recently got a cervical spine MRI. The results showed a bulge in c5 c6, but there's no nerve compression. Should I be worried about this, and what kind of treatments are available? Also, I'm experiencing a stiff neck on the left side.

A bulging disc at C5-C6 without nerve compression is usually not a major cause for concern, but it can cause discomfort, dizziness, and stiffness. Physical therapy, good posture habits, and self-care (heatcold therapy, pain relief) are common treatments. However, if you continue to experience persistent symptoms, its important to follow up with your healthcare provider for further management and to rule out other potential causes of your dizziness.

Im dealing with this heaviness and mild pain on my left side that seems to radiate towards my back. Occasionally, I also find it hard to catch my breath, and it feels like there's a lack of blood supply. Could this be linked to my neurological issues, given that I have cervical spondylosis? Ive attached a chest X-ray could you check if everythings okay with my lungs?
