View allI found out I have a polyp during an endoscopy, and the doctor recommended a polypectomy. I'm a bit worried could this be an early sign of cancer? Also, is there any chance the polypectomy itself could cause malignancy later? And is there a way to tell if the polyp is benign or malignant without surgery or removing it?
A colon polyp found during endoscopy doesn't automatically mean cancer, but it's a good idea to remove it for preventative measures, as it can potentially become cancerous. While polypectomy itself doesn't cause malignancy, it can remove polyps that might otherwise become cancerous, There's no way to definitively tell if a polyp is benign or malignant without a biopsy, and the doctor will usually take samples during the polypectomy procedure.

I've noticed something odd with my stomach latelylike the left side is getting bigger than the right. During the day it's fine, but at night it feels like it's full of air and can be kind of noisy and annoying. And when I try to sleep, it's causing a really uncomfortable inner temperature increase, like my body's overheating and it makes me feel weak. Any idea what might be going on?

I've been experiencing a lot of burping and some mild headaches over the past six months. Occasionally, these symptoms seem to improve after I vomit. Is this something I should be concerned about or get checked out?
It sounds like you're dealing with frequent burping and mild headaches, which seem to improve after vomiting. This could be related to digestive issues like acid reflux or gastritis. Its best to consult a doctor for a more thorough evaluation and proper treatment.
