View allI'm a teenager and I've developed piles. Should I be worried about having them at this age? Do you think I need to see a doctor or are there any home remedies that might help me get better?
Having piles (hemorrhoids) as a teenager is uncommon, but not unheard of, and it's essential to consult a doctor to rule out underlying conditions like constipation, diarrhea, or inflammatory bowel disease, and in the meantime, try home remedies like increasing fiber intake, drinking plenty of water, exercising regularly, and applying warm compresses or witch hazel to the affected area to alleviate symptoms.

I've had issues with acidity ever since I was 14, and now I'm 22. It gets really bad during my periods and a week before they start. The acidity is so severe I can't even stomach plain rice, and it causes my stomach to bloat. Plus, I get these headaches that make it hard to focus on anything. Could you please advise on what to do about this?
A movable, wobbly lump on the lower left side of your rib cage could be a lipoma (benign fatty tumor), a sebaceous cyst, or a hernia. Less commonly, it could be a sign of a more serious condition, such as a splenic tumor or cyst. Consult a primary care physician or a general surgeon for a proper evaluation and diagnosis.

I've been having this uneasy feeling on the left side of my stomach for the past four months. It's mostly a lot of gas and acidity. I just got an ultrasound done, and it says I have a fatty liver. Could you help me understand what's going on and what I should do next?
Avoid oily and fatty foods..Do regular exercise. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Consult your physician and get yourself clinically examined and relevant investigations done like liver function test, lipid profile, blood sugar and get evaluated for hypertension and diabetes mellitus.. Drink plenty of fluids and remain hydrated. Take healthy balance diet.
