I've been having really sticky and soft stools for a couple of days now and it feels like I'm not fully emptying my bowels. I had a colonoscopy done about 40 days ago, and everything seemed normal in the results. What could be causing the sticky stool?

I'm experiencing belching on an empty stomach and feeling nauseous really early in the morning, around 4 a.m., usually when I'm sleeping. Plus, I've been having loose stools about once a week, though they're not super liquidy. Seven months back, I had an endoscopy that showed gastritis in my stomach's antrum and bile stasis, but it wasnt H. pylori. An ultrasound also showed multiple small peripheral follicles in both ovaries. I'm really scared that this could be something serious, like cancer. Can you help me figure out if I should be worried?
