I'm dealing with some hair fall issues and started using Indulekha hair oil. I've heard that adding vitamin E capsules to hair oil might help, and I'm considering trying it. Can I mix vitamin E capsules directly into the Indulekha bottle and store it like that? If it's okay to do, how many capsules would you recommend for the whole bottle?

-Yes, you can mix Vitamin E capsules into Indulekha hair oil. For a standard 100ml bottle, 2-3 capsules should be enough. Use it regularly for better hair health, but remember to monitor for any irritation.

View allI've been using Skin Shine cream on and off for about three months, and a few days after stopping, I noticed my skin turned pinkish and dry, and it started peeling. Now my face looks darker than before. I went to see a dermatologist, and she recommended I start using Photoban 30, Nilac gel, and Azac cream every day. I'm really worried and just wondering how long it might take before my skin goes back to normal. Any advice would be really appreciated.
It is difficult to give an exact timeline as individual responses to treatment can vary. However, with regular and proper use of the prescribed medications, you may start to see improvements in your skin within a few weeks to a couple of months. It is important to follow your dermatologist's instructions carefully and be patient with the treatment process.

Ive been struggling with severe skin damage for the last 3 years. My family doctor initially prescribed Melalite XL, which I used on my face and neck. Unfortunately, I've now developed dark patches on my chin and cheeks. They look really bad, and it's been really frustrating not finding any relief despite consulting various skin doctors. Could you please guide me on what else I can do to improve my skin condition?

I've had this skin allergy on my stomach and back for almost three weeks now. It's a red circle with small dots outside and really itchy, kind of like those ring guard ones. I've tried calamine lotion and taken some Avil, but it's still bothering me. Any idea what's going on or what else I should do?
