I'm dealing with some intense heat issues, and it's causing these small red pimples to pop up on my face and scalp, which are quite painful. Could you recommend any solutions or treatments for this?

Excess heat can be uncomfortable and painful. To alleviate the issue, try these suggestions:
Cooling Measures
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water to help your body regulate its temperature.
- Take cool showers or baths: Regular cool showers or baths can help bring down your body temperature.
- Use cooling packs or cold compresses: Apply cooling packs or cold compresses to your face, scalp, and other affected areas to reduce heat and inflammation.
Skincare
- Use a gentle cleanser: Clean your face and scalp with a gentle, non-comedogenic cleanser to remove dirt and oil.
- Apply a soothing moisturizer: Use a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer to help calm and hydrate your skin.
- Try a cooling face mask: Apply a cooling face mask to help reduce heat and inflammation.
Natural Remedies
- Aloe vera gel: Apply aloe vera gel to the affected areas to help soothe and calm the skin.
- Cucumber juice: Apply cucumber juice to the affected areas to help cool and reduce inflammation.
- Neem oil: Mix a few drops of neem oil with a carrier oil like coconut or olive oil and apply it to the affected areas to help reduce inflammation and prevent infection.
Medications
- Antihistamines: If the heat rash is causing itching and discomfort, antihistamines like diphenhydramine or chlorpheniramine can help relieve symptoms.
- Hydrocortisone cream: Over-the-counter hydrocortisone cream can help reduce inflammation and itching.

Not advised injections , continue oral medicines.

I'm dealing with a melasma issue on my skin and I'm not sure what to do. Could you tell me which cream would work better for this, Lumacip Plus or Tri Luma? I'm a little overwhelmed with options and really need your advice.

I'm really worried because I got these cortisone injections on my face, even though it wasn't for cystic acne. The dermatologist injected on some pimples and some other areas, and now Im starting to notice some discoloration and mild atrophy. I'm really concerned it might get worse. I usually use a toner with lactic acid and citric acidis it okay to keep using it, or should I avoid certain products? Will my skin eventually get better? It just feels like my condition wasn't treated properly, and I'm anxious about what's happening.
I recommend reducing exfoliation and switching to more gentle, hydrating products while you wait for your skin to heal. If the issues persist or worsen, dont hesitate to follow up with your dermatologist for further advice.
