I'm feeling really uncomfortable with a red, burning sensation on my skin after shaving my pubic hair around the testicle area. I think I might have scratched myself. What should I do about this irritation and is there a way to soothe it? Im a bit worried about it getting worse.

I've noticed these dark spots on my lower back near my spinal cord that started appearing over a month ago. They don't hurt or itch, but they seem to be spreading, and it's starting to make me a bit concerned. Should I be worried or get this checked out? Any idea what might be causing this?

Could be a condition called Tinea Versicolor. This is a fungal infection of the skin that can cause discolored patches. I recommend using an antifungal medication such as Clotrimazole cream applied twice daily for 2-4 weeks. Additionally, you can use a medicated shampoo containing selenium sulfide to wash the affected area. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to prevent further spread of the infection.

I've been dealing with hair problems for the last 23 years, and now my scalp is starting to show, especially in the middle. Can you please give me some advice on what I can do about this issue?

I recommend using Minoxidil solution 5% twice daily on the affected areas of the scalp. Additionally, you can take Biotin tablets 10,000 mcg once daily to promote hair growth and overall hair health. Make sure to maintain a healthy diet rich in vitamins and minerals, and avoid excessive heat styling or harsh chemical treatments on your hair.
