I'm really worried about this genital wart around my anus. I started using Podowart after talking to my doctor, but now the whole area is swollen and has turned a whitish-red color. The wart still hasn't fallen off, and there's a weird rotten smell coming from the skin. Could this mean the wart virus is spreading? Is there an antibiotic I should use to prevent any infection? It's even making it hard for me to sit or go to the bathroom.

That looks like keratosis pilaris? if it is so take bath twice daily and use good moisturizer two times a day that will work , if it still persists visit dermatologist topical lotions.

I'm dealing with a really stubborn fungal infection that I've had for over 4 months now. Initially, I thought it was just a rash that would disappear on its own, but it resembled ringworm and has all spread over the lower parts of my bum. The itching is unbearable. I'm really worried about my scalp because it's always hot and I'm dealing with a lot of dandruff and hair loss. Could the dandruff be spreading to my eyebrows as well? I've been using Head and Shoulders, but it doesn't seem to be helping. What would you suggest I do?
use 2% ketoconazole shampoo twice a week and as your dandruff subside consult dermatologist to find out the root cause of hairfall and can start the treatment
