My brother has had stable vitiligo for about a year now after 5 years. Is there any surgery or treatment that can bring his skin back to normal within 2 months? If not, what's the fastest way to restore his normal skin? He's really stressed about starting college in Hyderabad with this condition.

While a complete return to normal skin color within two months is unlikely for vitiligo, several treatments can help improve the appearance and potentially slow the progression of the condition. Stable vitiligo means the condition hasn't spread for a year, which is a good sign, but it's crucial to remember that vitiligo is a chronic condition, and there is no cure

View allI've been having this really weird sensation, feeling like a bunch of needles poking out of my skin, and it's getting worse. It mainly happens when I'm out in the Sun or doing something physical, especially in Winter. The only thing that kinda helps is taking off my clothes and getting near something cold or scratching a lot, but that isn't really a solution. It's not just uncomfortable anymore, it's affecting my daily life and work. I also noticed red patches in the areas where this happens. I try bathing with cold water which helps a bit, but I'm worried because this problem is getting out of hand. I'm hoping there's a more permanent fix or at least something that can make it more manageable. Any advice?

I've got a keloid scar behind my ears from a surgery I had. I'm really hoping to find a cream that can help get rid of it. Could you suggest a specific cream or treatment that could work for my keloid scars?
