I've been struggling with pimples on my face for six years now and nothing seems to work I've seen multiple skin specialists but no improvement. Would surgery be an option for me or is there something else I should try? It's really affecting my confidence and I'm not sure what to do next.

I've noticed this deep horizontal crease line on my stomach, right below my ribs. It's kind of faint in the morning but by the end of the day, it becomes this deep, often red line that's pretty unattractive, especially when I wear a Saree or lehenga.
