I'm dealing with some intense vaginal itching and already tried mustard oil, but it didn't help at all. I'm wondering what else I can do. Is it okay for me to try using Calosoft or Caster NF? I'm really anxious to find something that works.

View allI'm noticing some kind of white powder on my head, and I'm pretty sure it's not dandruff. I've tried a bunch of remedies, but nothing seems to help. My scalp feels really itchy, especially when I go from a cool place to a warmer one. What could this be, and how can I make it better?
It sounds like you may be experiencing a fungal infection on your scalp, such as tinea capitis. I recommend using an antifungal shampoo containing ketoconazole. You can try using Nizoral shampoo twice a week for 4 weeks. Make sure to leave the shampoo on your scalp for 5 minutes before rinsing off. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication like fluconazole, prescribed by a doctor, to help treat the infection from the inside. Make sure to follow the recommended dosage and duration of treatment.

I went to see a dermatologist, and she put me on finasteride 1 mg twice a week. I'm really nervous about the side effects since its connected to the endocrine system. What do you think I should do?

Ive been having these boil-like pimples in my suprapubic area again. I had the same issue about a year ago and it hung around for two years before disappearing on its own. Now, after about 9 months of being clear, theyve come back in the same spot. Im seeing about 10 of them now, and a couple have started growing on my penis too. Last year, I had a skin biopsy and the doctor said it wasnt cancerous, but Im worried since theyre popping up again. Im sexually active and I do drink whisky or beer pretty often. Can you tell me what this might be, what causes it, and if theres a permanent treatment for it?
This could be fungal infection u need to evaluate with your Dermatologist and get appropriate treatment with oral antifungal medications and topical lotion above this your personal hygiene care is more important.
