I'm having a tough time after my fissure surgery. The doctor gave me potassium permanganate and told me to sit in warm water with it for 20 minutes. It seemed okay at first, but when I went back to work and walked around, the skin outside my anus started to burn really badly. Now, it's happening again and again. What should I do?
