Is it normal for an HIV rash to come and go within just 30 minutes? I'm trying to understand if there's a connection between hives and HIV, or if it's more likely that these symptoms are due to stress. I've tested HIV negative after 3 months, but I'm still dealing with a white tongue, diarrhea, and weight loss. Should I be worried about these symptoms?

I've been noticing these red spots on my tongue for almost 10 months now. At first, there weren't many, so I kind of ignored it, thinking it would heal on its own. But now, it's spread all over my tongue, and I'm getting really worried. Could you please help me figure this out and what I should do next?
