I'm dealing with some persistent swelling in my feet and ankles that's been going on for over three months now. I'm currently on calaptin 240sr, aztor 10, and nexito forte. Should I be concerned about any side effects from these meds, or could something else be causing this swelling? Also, do you have any suggestions on what I should do next?

View allI've been really stressed about my heart health lately. I had a 2D echo done back in November, and I'm feeling super anxious about it again. I keep noticing my pulse everywhere I put my hand on my body, and it's freaking me out a bit. How long should I wait before getting another 2D echo to make sure everything's okay?
based on your symptoms and history of severe heart anxiety, it would be advisable to consult with a cardiologist for a proper evaluation. However, typically, if there are no significant changes in your symptoms, a follow-up 2D echo can be done after 1 year from your last test. In the meantime, you can consider taking medications like Propranolol 20mg twice daily to help with your heart anxiety symptoms.

I'm really concerned because my Echo report says IAS and IVS are intact, and I'm not entirely sure what that means in relation to my health. My blood pressure's been high at 150100, and I'm just trying to figure out if that's connected somehow. Could you help me understand what's going on?
echo shows IAS abd IVS intact means both IAS and IVS are not damaged...Antihypertensives are indicated for the control of hypertension..ACE inhibitors are advised

What is a good blood pressure by age?
In earlier times, Blood pressure was defined according to age. With all the new research data, Hypertension is defined only by increase in numbers in blood pressure which applies similarly for all adults above 18 years of age. Normal blood pressure is a reading less than 120/80 mm Hg. Any reading above 120/80 mm Hg checked consequently for three days needs a doctor's opinion.
