I'm dealing with some post-COVID issues and could really use some advice. When I'm teaching or talking a lot, I get this strange pain in my trachea, from my throat to my chest, almost like chest pain, but my ECG was normal. I've had breathlessness too, especially when putting pressure on my voice during classes. My COVID test was positive back on April 23rd and then again on May 5th. I had an HRCT on May 9th which was 0, D-dimer was 490, and CRP was 3.95. Now I'm feeling weak, have a little bit of a dry cough, a sense of cold on the inside, and some gastric issues. What do you think could be going on, and how can I address these symptoms?

I recently had a bout of cough, so I stopped smoking about 15 days ago, but I'm still dealing with a lot of coughing and some throat pain. I'm just really worried and wondering why it hasn't eased up yet. Could you tell me what's going on or what I should do next?
