I'm dealing with some pretty bad throat pain that's been going on for about 3 days now. I tried taking omega erythro and nimucet twice a day, and it seemed to help at first, but now the pain is back. Any ideas on what might be going on or what I should do next?

I've had chronic nose blockages every winter since childhood, making it hard to breathe normally like others. Pills and nasal sprays give temporary relief but don't solve the problem long-term. Some doctors say it's allergies while others think it's a structural issue needing surgery. What's the best permanent fix for this?

Septoplasty is advised to the patient.

I've had this tiny white spot at the back of my right tonsil for about 10 days now. I first went to a general doctor who said it was a bacterial infection and gave me an antibiotic, Poxivio 200, but it didnt help. So, I saw an ENT specialist. He said its just food debris and removed a small part of it, but it hasn't all gone away. He mentioned not removing all of it to avoid blood loss and just told me to do warm gargles and take Zadonase tablets. Should I be worried about this spot hanging around?

It sounds like the white spot at the back of your right tonsil is likely due to food debris, as mentioned by the ENT specialist. The tablet Zadonase prescribed by the ENT specialist can help with any inflammation or infection in the area. Additionally, warm gargles can help alleviate any discomfort and promote healing. It is important to follow the prescribed treatment and continue with the warm gargles as advised. If the white spot does not improve or if you experience any worsening symptoms, it would be best to follow up with the ENT specialist for further evaluation.

I've been dealing with a swollen tonsil on the left side and a sore throat for about two months now. I tried taking azithromycin, amox potassium clavulanate, and lenzomore, but nothing's really helped so far. On top of that, I sometimes get chest pain and have issues with gas and acidity. I'm starting to get worried about what this might be. Any ideas on what could be going on?

yes this could be recurrent tonsillitis if it is so better get it removed.visit ENT doctor for evaluation and appropriate management.
