I'm dealing with some pretty uncomfortable symptoms and could really use some insight. I've got this pain around my left shoulder blade that shoots down my arm, all the way to my fingers, and it's causing some tingling and numbness in my hand. It's also affecting my biceps and triceps. I believe there's something going on with the discs at C5C6 and C6C7, potentially some disc herniation or a posterior disc osteophyte complex. I'm a bit worried about what all this means and what I should do nextdo you have any advice?

I'm getting frequent pain above my left eye, which spreads to the left side of my head, and it's really bothering me. The only thing that seems to help is sleeping. It tends to happen for any reason, but I particularly notice it if I've slept too much or spent a long time outside on a hot day. I used to have more headaches when I was younger, like till around 14, but they stopped and now it's happening again. The pain is usually mild when I wake up, but by night, it's unbearable. I'm curious what's going on here and what I should do?
Your symptoms suggest migraines or tension headaches, possibly triggered by sleep patterns, heat, or environmental factors; consider consulting a neurologist or primary care physician to rule out underlying conditions, and in the meantime, try maintaining a consistent sleep schedule, staying hydrated, avoiding triggers

I'm experiencing this weird rise in my body temperature on my palms, soles, back, and neck every evening for about 2-3 hours, but I don't have any other symptoms. I got all sorts of tests done, like CBC, HIV, typhoid, and malaria, and they all came back normal. However, I recently found out my Vitamin B12 is pretty low at 140, so I've started taking medicine and injections for that. But what I'm really worried about is what's causing this burning sensation in those areas. Can you help figure out what's going on?
19, your growth plates are likely closed, making significant height increases challenging. HGH injections are not recommended for non-medical growth promotion, as they can cause serious side effects. Instead, consider: 1. _Exercise_: Focus on stretches, yoga, and posture-improving exercises. 2. _Nutrition_: Ensure adequate calcium, vitamin D, and protein intake. 3. _Sleep_: Prioritize 7-8 hours of sleep for optimal growth hormone production.
