I'm dealing with some sores on my penis and scrotum that started about a week ago, and there's a lot of itchiness too. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

You may be experiencing symptoms of a fungal infection. I recommend using an antifungal cream such as Clotrimazole (brand name Lotrimin) twice a day on the affected areas. Additionally, you can take an oral antifungal medication such as Fluconazole (brand name Diflucan) 150mg as a single dose. Make sure to keep the area clean and dry to help with healing.

I'm really worried about losing so much hair every time I apply oil or shampoo. I don't even do an oil massage, just a light application, and I always dilute my shampoo in water. I've had this butt rash for around three months now, and I think it's been sticking around because of how it's been treated. The pharmacy gave me hydrocortisone cream and these fexofenadine hydrochloride pills to go with it. I'm putting the cream on just once a day and taking one pill daily too. The rash is bumpy and really itchy, plus it feels like the skin is getting kind of dry. What should I do?
