I'm dealing with a sore throat and some loose motions right now and I'm a bit worried because of the current COVID situation. I'm considering taking azithromycin but I'm not sure if it's still recommended for these symptoms. Could you give me some advice?

I've been noticing some chest tightness over the past few days. Before that, I had this weird throat discomfort. It wasn't accompanied by any fever or cold symptoms, but I just felt like I needed to cough, though it wasn't exactly a cough and it seemed to settle down somehow. Anyway, this morning I woke up with a severe headache, and yesterday I ended up vomiting, but it was just gas, nothing serious. I felt slightly better afterward. Could you recommend any remedies for this?

I just realized I've taken Karvol Plus medicine by mistake, thinking it was Pudin Hara. I'm kind of freaking out. What should I do next? Would really appreciate some quick advice.
Hello where is the medicine which you have taken it is generally meant for steam inhalation so probably it would pass annotation I would suggest to take about 6 to 8 glasses of water and apart from that there is nothing to worry I believe it is just one tablet... meet a doctor in person if you face any symptoms of severe severe stomach pain and vomiting etc..m thank you
