I've been feeling really hot inside for over 10 days now. At first, I thought it might be a viral fever, but it's been going on too long. My mouth, hands, and feet are constantly warm, and it's really making it hard for me to focus on anything. What can I do?

I'm really curious if this is good for me, or if there are any potential drawbacks I should be aware of. Should I continue with this routine or consider stopping? Would love some guidance on whether there are any actual benefits or risks involved.
